Shadetec is owned by Alex P. Gonzalez, who has been in the window treatment business for over 20 years and Italkraft, the industry leader in kitchens, baths and closets. Shadetec is headquartered in Miami with presence in all Italkraft-owned showrooms which include New York City, Wynwood, Washington DC, and Aventura. What sets us apart is our capacity to handle very large projects, our team’s experience, the high quality of our products, and our impecable reputation.

Our shades are compatible with most smart home systems such as Control 4, Crestron, Savant, Lutron Homeworks QS and Amazon Alexa.

Shadetec has our own professional installation team, trained to make sure that the shades you purchase are properly installed and that the experience is a great one. A product can be great, but the installation is really the most important step of the process and we fully understand that. We work in hotels, high-rises and luxury homes, so no job is new or too difficult for our experienced team. Most of our sales staff are architects who help with the complete design, including drawings in CAD, so that your builder knows exactly what we will need for a smooth installation. Proper planning guarantees that our client will get exactly what they expect and paid for.
